Our normal business hours are Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm


What Do I Need to Bring to Pickup My Vehicle?

To release your vehicle from the impound, you will need to bring the following:

  • Valid Drivers License
  • Form of Payment (Cash, Visa or Mastercard Only). For security purposes we do not have change for cash. Please bring exact change.
  • Keys to the vehicle

How much will it cost?

Our fees are state regulated and are listed below:

Current Private Property Impound Tow Rates as of March 16, 2023

Private Property Impound (PPI) Base Rate (aka “Hook Fee”) –

GVWR (10,000 lbs or less) – $239.88

GVWR (10,001-19,000 lbs) – $275.88

GVWR (19,001-33,000 lbs) – $371.85

GVWR (33,001 or greater) – $419.84

Mileage – $3.80 per mile plus mileage surcharge (VIEW CURRENT RATES)

Storage – ~$1.92 per hour (GVWR 10,000 lbs or less) 46.08 / 24 hours 

$2.36 per hour (GVWR 10,001 and greater)

After Hour Release (Weekdays from 5pm-8am, Weekends, and Holidays) – $101.40

Statutory Notification Fee (applied at 24 hours of storage) – $75

The maximum permitted rate is based upon the rules of the Public Utilities Commission, and if there are concerns or questions about these rates or the towing carrier, then call the Public Utilities Commission Consumer Affairs Hotline at 303-894-2070

Current A to B Consensual Tows Rates

Base Rate (aka “Hook Fee”) – $239.88

Mileage – $3.80 per mile plus mileage surcharge (VIEW CURRENT RATES)

Dolly Charge – $40 (when applicable)

*Additional fees may apply if the vehicle remains impounded for more than 48 hours.
